Online Affiliation Application

Affiliation is open to anyone desirous of enriching his or her involvement in stained glass. Annual dues are $100.

Related Professions Affiliation is open to professionals engaged in any number of disciplines that are related to the craft of stained glass, such as Architects, Interior Designers, Building Contractors and Art Historians. Annual dues are $100.

Student Affiliation may be held by any individual enrolled in a current course of study offered by a secondary school, college or university. Documentation of registration is required. Annual dues are $50. Must provide proof of full-time enrollment in a state-accredited school.
